With personal experience in real estate, home renovations, and property ownership, he understands that every move involves both practical and emotional decisions.

Before entering real estate, Jay enjoyed a successful teaching career of over 30 years. He is a Brock University graduate with an Honours degree in Mathematics and Computer Science and also earned a Master of Science in Education from Niagara University. That background continues to shape his approach today through clear communication, careful guidance, strong problem solving, and a calm, steady presence throughout the process.
